For those who are not aware, the game was first announced during the DC Fandome event in 2020. While there were a couple of trailers released since then, overall news has been quiet for some time. The Hollywood Reporter has reported that Ed Brubaker has been hired as the head writer for “Batman: Caped Crusader.” For those who are not aware, the series was first announced in 2019. Also reported earlier, the series will be executive produced by Bruce Timm, J.J. Abrams, and Matt Reeves. James Tucker was also confirmed as the co-executive producer.
