We have some news coming from the Disney Investor Day live-stream. We have a ton of Star Wars content to get through so here’s your recap. The first one is Rangers of The New Republic. The second is Ashoka which will star Rosario Dawson playing the title characters. Third will be Andor and that will be dealing with Cassian Andor time as a spy during the Rebellion. Diego Luna is set to reprise his role as the character. We also have a behind the scenes footage of Andor.

Continuing from there we have a sneak peek at the upcoming “Star Wars: The Bad Batch” which looks fantastic so far and I’m looking forward to watching that series when it drops. I wasn’t expecting a sneak peek at all so it was a pleasant surprised.

We’ve also learned that Hayden Christensen is returning as Darth Vader, joining Ewan McGregor in Obi-Wan Kenobi. The Original Series begins 10 years after the dramatic events of Revenge of the Sith.

Star Wars: Visions is coming to Disney + next year. It will be an Original Series of animated short films, celebrates Star Wars through the lens of the world’s best Japanese anime creators. The series is set to have 12 episodes.
We have a new series called “Star Wars The Acolyte” which will be The mystery-thriller takes place in the final days of the High Republic era.
We also know that a Lando series is in the works. So far we know that Justin Simien is in the early stages of developing the project. We don’t know anything else outside of that.
Last but not least, we have a new Star Wars film announcement. Patty Jenkins will be directing Rogue Squadron, she posted a brief video explaining her motivation behind wanting to do this film. So I’m excited to see what will happen. Overall, I’m looking forward to these Star Wars projects. I don’t see fans getting tired of Star Wars but we’ll see.
