Netflix recently revealed new details about the upcoming Knights of the Zodiac: Saint Seiya anime remake during their Anime Lineup Presentation event. For those who are not aware the series was first announced last year. The series will cover the “Galaxy War Arc” and will continue up the “Silver Saint Arc.” Each episode will run for 30 minutes and the series will consist of 12 episodes. Netflix has confirmed that the series will be released globally on their platform. The series will debut on the service in Summer 2019.
Netflix also revealed a new visual for the series.

Knights of the Zodiac: Saint Seiya follows modern day adventures of young warriors called “Knights”, who are sworn protectors of the reincarnated Greek goddess Athena. Each Knights wears a powerful armor based on their chosen zodiac constellation, and are called Knights of the Zodiac. They aid Athena in her battle against powerful Olympian gods who are bent on destroying the humankind.
