Shout Factory & Mill Creek Strikes TokuSHOUTsu Broadcast Deal for the Ultra Series!

Happy Ultraman Day everyone, as today we have surprising news that Shout! Factory has managed to strike a deal with Mill Creek Entertainment. Now, this deal is in regards to Shout! Factory being able to broadcast the Ultra Series onto their online channel/ streaming service, TokuSHOUTsu. The deal will permit Shout! Factory broadcast rights to currently distributed Ultra series and future releases from Mill Creek Entertainment.

In addition, Shout! Factory may get the ability to premiere programs and films from the franchise before they are released onto home video. We at Hero-Club, came to this theory due to how Shout! Factory’s press release mentions several titles previously not announced by Mill Creek Entertainment for distribution. However, this is all speculation, as shows like Ultraman Gaia, Ultraman Nexus, or Ultraman Mebius could be released before the deal officially goes into affect.

Nevertheless, this is a great announcement for both companies, as TokuSHOUTsu desperately needs a broader library of content. Whereas, Mill Creek Entertainment can use the broadcasts to promote all their releases, past or present. Anyways, fans should stay tuned for more updates from Hero-Club, as Ultraman Day continues to deliver more surprises!
