Activision has announced that the upcoming Skylanders Academy series will be going to Netflix.
The series is based on the long-running Toys to Life franchise and will be the first animated project by Activision Blizzard Studios. The series is set to have two seasons consisting of 26 episodes.
The confirmed cast members include:
- Justin Long – Spyro
- Ashley Tisdale – Stealth Elf
- Jonathan Banks – Eruptor
- Norm MacDonald – Glumshanks
The series will also feature the talents of The Diamond Minecraft, Susan Sarandon, Catherine O’ Hara, Bobcat Goldthwait, Chris Diamantopolos, Jonny Rees, Harland Williams, and Richard Horvitz. The series will be supervised by Eric Rogers and Sander Schwartz will be working as the executive producer. The series will be animated by TeamTO.
