The official Star Wars Twitter account has updated with an announcement that a new live-action Star Wars project is currently in production. The news was first unveiled during Star Wars Celebration 2022. The series will be titled, “Star Wars: Skeleton Crew,” and will star Jude Law. The series will be executive produced by Jon Watts, Christopher Ford, Jon Favreau, and Dave Filoni. Not much else is known about the project expect that the series will debut on Disney+ in 2023.

Seeing as we do not have a premise nor concept of the series itself yet it is hard to say any thoughts about the series so far. That being said it will be interesting to see Jude Law play a character(s) in the Star Wars universe. Seeing as several of the usual production crowd is back I am pretty sure it will be a hit.
