Funimation Announces Shin Godzilla Home Video Release Date

Funimation has recently opened pre-orders for the home video release of Shin Godzilla. The film will be released in a BD/DVD Combo + UV pack at a list price of $34.98  on August 1st.  Funimation currently has the film on preorder for $26.24. Funimation Acquires Godzilla Resurgence – Late 2016 Release

SciFi Japan recently confirmed that Toho Co., Ltd. has licensed Godzilla Resurgence (シン・ゴジラ, Shin Gojira) to FUNimation Entertainment. FUNimation also confirmed that they will be making a public announcement about this sometime this evening during the company’s panel at San Diego Comic Con, followed by tomorrow an official press release with additional details tomorrow. Takashi Murakami Provides Latest Godzilla vs. Evangelion Crossover Art

Since the beginning of April, Toho has been having select artists provide special crossover images imagining what a battle between Godzilla and an Eva Unit would look like.
