Fairy Tail Sequel Manga Announced

The recent issue of the Weekly Shōnen magazine has revealed that Atsuo Ueda will be launching the sequel to Hiro’s Mashima’s Fairy Tail manga series in the Magazine Pocket manga app on July 25. The first chapter of the sequel series will also be published in the 34th issue of the magazine on the same day. Mashima will be working on the original storyboard for the manga and Ueda will be working on the illustrations. A spin-off project for the Fairy Tail franchise titled, “Fairy Tail: Happy’s Grand Adventure (Fairy Tail: Happy no Daibōken),” illustrated by Kenshiro Sakamoto is stated to be released “soon.…

Final Fairy Tail Anime Season Premiere Date Announced

New York Comic Con 2017 to Host Hiro Mashima

Kodansha Comics announced during Anime Expo that Hiro Mashima, creator of Fairy Tail, will be hosted at New York Comic Con 2017.  For those who are unaware, Hiro Mashima, is known for his Fairy Tail manga series, which launched in 2006.  He is also known for creating the Rave Master franchise which is known as Groove Adventure Rave in Japan.  New York Comic Con 2017 will be held at the Javits Center on October 5-8.
