Live-Action Cowboy Bebop Series Currently in Development

Variety has recently reported that a live-action TV series adaptation of the Cowboy Bebop anime is currently in development.  The series will be produced by Tomorrow Studios, a joint team consisted of ITV Studios and Marty Adelstein.  Sunrise will be working as the executive production team for the project.  The series will also be produced by Midnight Radio (Josh Appelbaum, Andre Nemec, Jeff Pikner, Scott Rosenberg) , Marty Adelstein, Beck Clements, and Matthew Weinberg.  The main writer for the series will be Chris Yost.    Variety provided a synopsis for the original series. “Cowboy Bebop,” which takes place in 2071…

Crunchyroll & Funimation Announce Partnership

Coming at you with some news, Crunchyroll and Funimation have announced a partnership. Something I honestly wasn’t expecting at all. Heck, I don’t think anyone could have called this one.  Anyway,  I’ll quote the press release so you know what this partnership means for you.
