Emerald Fennell to Write “Zatanna” Film

Variety has reported that Warner Bros. is currently working on a live-action film adaptation of Zatanna. Emerald Fenell has been hired to write the film with Warner Bro.’ DC Films and J.J. Abrams’ Bad Robot Productions producing. Zatanna was created by Gardner Fox and Murphy Anderson. The character made her debut in Hawkman #4, which was released in November, 1964. In the comics, Zatanna is a stage magician, but also has actual magical powers as well. The character previously had a debut live-action appearance on Smallville, portrayed by Serinda Swan.…

Warner Bros. recently revealed that second season of the DC Universe exclusive “Titans” series will premiere on the service this Fall. The news was revealed during their official panel at Wonder Con 2019. Deadline has reported that Chelsea T. Zhang will be joining the cast of the DC Universe exclusive Titans live-action series as Rose Wilson aka Ravager. As reported earlier, it was revealed that Esai Morales will be portraying Deathstroke, and Chella Man will portraying Rose’s brother Jericho.
