Star Wars Episode IX & Next Indiana Jones Sequel Premiere Dates Announced

The official Star Wars website has updated with the announcement of premiere dates for Star Wars Episode XI and the next Indiana Jones.    Star Wars Episode XI will premiere on May 24, 2019.  The film will be directed by Colin Trvorrow and will be the final film in the new Star Wars trilogy. The fifth chapter of the Indiana Jones films will premiere on July 10, 2020.  The film will be once again directed by Steven Spielberg and will feature Harrison Ford once again as Indiana Jones. SWCO 2017: Star Wars Battlefront II Trailer Streamed

Over the weekend Star Wars Celebration 2017 was being held in Orlando and during the EA panel the company revealed a full trailer for Star Wars Battlefront II.  The trailer features a look into the brand new single player campaign story and shows a sneak peak at some of the characters that will be featured in the game. EA posted the trailer on their official Youtube channel. SWCO 2017: Star Wars Forces Of Destiny Toyline Announced

Disney and Hasbro has announced at Star Wars Celebration Orlando 2017 that they are teaming up to create a new toyline called Star Wars Forces of Destiny.   The toyline will be accompanied by a micro series of shorts focusing on several of the main female heroes of the franchise.  Some of the characters include Princess Leia, Sabine Wren, Jyn Erso, Rey, and more.  The series will launch on Disney’s official Youtube channel in July and a two part TV special including eight new shorts will air on the Disney Channel this Fall.
