Last night, Netflix Anime Festival 2020 announced new details regarding the upcoming Godzilla anime, Godzilla: Singular Point. “Godzilla Singular Point” Anime Series Announced for Netflix

The Hollywood Reporter has reported that a new anime series based on the Godzilla franchise is in the works for Netflix. The series will be tiled, “Godzilla Singular Point,” and is set to release on the platform in 2021. The series will be produced by Studio Bones with the help of studio Orange. The series will be a standalone series and will not be a follow-up to the previous Godzilla Netflix anime films. Last month, we reported that Hasbro and Parker Bros’ iconic game Monopoly would be releasing a Godzilla: Monster Edition in Spring 2020. Godzilla: The Showa-Era Films Blu-Ray Announced

Criterion has revealed that they will be releasing a blu-ray set of the entire Showa Era Godzilla films. The blu-ray set titled, “Godzilla: The Showa-Era Films,” will include the various films that were released in Japan from 1954 to 1975. The blu-ray will feature the original Japanese audio with English subtitles for each film.
