This past weekend, we had heard people repeating the rumor that Harrison Ford will be playing General Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross. Now, earlier this morning, that rumor has been confirmed, that he will indeed be playing the character moving forward. Currently, Harrison Ford is set to make his first reappearance as Thunderbolt Ross in Captain America: New World Order. Star Wars Episode IX & Next Indiana Jones Sequel Premiere Dates Announced

The official Star Wars website has updated with the announcement of premiere dates for Star Wars Episode XI and the next Indiana Jones.    Star Wars Episode XI will premiere on May 24, 2019.  The film will be directed by Colin Trvorrow and will be the final film in the new Star Wars trilogy. The fifth chapter of the Indiana Jones films will premiere on July 10, 2020.  The film will be once again directed by Steven Spielberg and will feature Harrison Ford once again as Indiana Jones.
