Gen Urobuchi to Write Godzilla Anime 2017 Film

Earlier today, Gen Urobuchi (Madoka Magica, Kamen Rider Gaim) teased a new project that he be working on via Twitter, which was revealed to be a Godzilla anime film. The Godzilla-anime website was also updated featuring promotional art, and reveals it will be released in 2017. The film is to be directed by Kobun Shizuno (Knights of Sidonia) and Hiroyuki Seshita, with animation production by Polygon Pictures (Knights of Sidonia). Source: Godzilla Anime, Crunchyroll
