Thundercats Film Adaptation in the Works

Deadline has reported that Adam Wingard has been hired to direct a Thundercats film adaptation for Warner Bros. According to Deadline, the film was originally being developed by Rideback’s Dan Lin with the help of Vertigo’s Roy Lee. The new script for the film will be written by Wingard alongside Simon Barett. Additionally, it has been reported that this film be a CGI animated film. Super7 Announces Thundercats Ultimates

Super7 recently updated their official website with pre-order pages for their new line of Thundercats Ultimates. Similar to Mattel/ Mattycollector’s line of Masters of the Universe Classics, the line will consist of collector styled 7 inch Thundercats figures. The first wave of figures will contain several figures that were previously released by Mattycollector, but will feature various updates to the sculpts as well as brand new accessories. Thundercats and He-Man Crossover Comic Coming to DC Comics

DC Comics is bringing together Thundercats and He-Man for a crossover comic that is set to debut October 5, 2016. The series will be called HE-MAN/THUNDERCATS.
