Live-Action Pac-Man Film in Development

The Hollywood Reporter has reported that a live-action film adaptation of the Pac-Man game franchise is in the works. According to the reports, Bandai Namco Entertainment is teaming up with Wayfarer Studios to produce the project. The project is based on the original idea from Lightbeam Entertainment’s Chuck Williams. Wayfarer Studios’ Manu Gargi and Andrew Calof will produce the film alongside Lightbeam Entertainment’s Williams and Tim Kwok. TIFFCOM 2016: Animated Klonoa Film Announced

Variety has recently reported that an animated Klonoa film is in the works.  It was originally announced at this year’s TIFFCOM, which is affiliated with the Tokyo International Film Festival. Henshin, an US based animated company, will be working on the film.  Rob Pereyda  will be working as the producer of the film and Hitoshi Ariga will serve as the script writer, co-producer, and character designer.
