Gundam Build Divers North American Blu-Ray Announced

Today at their Virtual Momocon Panel, RightStuf and Nozomi Entertainment announced that they will be releasing Gundam Build Divers to Blu-Ray in North America! The 2018 anime series wasn’t previously announced by Nozomi like other Gundam series Blu-Rays so this is quite a surprise to fans. Also a surprise is to see Nozomi Entertainment producing this release as the series was streamed on Funimation Now. This had led to fan speculation that Funimation would release the Blu-Ray as they had done for Gundam: Iron Blood Orphans. The set will feature all 25 episodes, the Bang Zoom English Dub and a plethora of bonus features! After War Gundam X Collection 2 Blu-Ray Release Details

Following last month’s announcement of After War Gundam X Collection 1 Blu-Ray, RightStufAnime has opened pre-orders for the second half of the series. Scheduled for release on May 5, 2020, the set contains episodes 20-39 in Japanese audio with English subtitles. Special features include Clean Openings 3-5 and Clean Closing 3. The set has a list price of $74.99 but is currently available on RightStuf for $48.74. There is no trade-in program page listed for this set yet, but one should appear on RightStuf’s Trade-In page soon. After War Gundam X Collection 1 Blu-Ray Release Details

Following the announcement back in September 2019, Nozomi Entertainment has solicited for release After War Gundam X Collection 1 Blu-Ray for North America. The 1996 anime series was previously released on DVD only by Nozomi back in 2016 in two collection volumes of 19 episodes each. This DVD release was prior to the Japanese remaster and Blu-Ray release in 2018. The new Blu-Ray release from Nozomi will be based upon the 2018 remaster of the series.
