Yesterday, Tsuburaya Productions’ North American distributor William Winckler Productions secured select theatrical runs for the English dubs of Ultraman Ginga S the Movie, and Ultraman X the Movie. The two movies are to be billed as a Double Feature special, with their run beginning on January 8, 2017 with most runs concluding by January 28, 2017. Funimation Acquires Godzilla Resurgence – Late 2016 Release

SciFi Japan recently confirmed that Toho Co., Ltd. has licensed Godzilla Resurgence (シン・ゴジラ, Shin Gojira) to FUNimation Entertainment. FUNimation also confirmed that they will be making a public announcement about this sometime this evening during the company’s panel at San Diego Comic Con, followed by tomorrow an official press release with additional details tomorrow.
