Takashi Murakami Provides Latest Godzilla vs. Evangelion Crossover Art

Since the beginning of April, Toho has been having select artists provide special crossover images imagining what a battle between Godzilla and an Eva Unit would look like. This is all part of a promotion for their upcoming movie Shin Godzilla, which is directed by Neon Genesis Evangelion creator, Hideaki Anno. Each month has given us a different artists rendition of the fight, and June’s artist was chosen to be world renowned modern artist, Takashi Murakami.     Source: Crunchyroll

The listing features all the official images for the product, and the trailer for the upcoming movie. Toho’s Life-Size Godzilla Footprint in Hokkaido

In efforts to promote the release of Godzilla Resurgence (Shin Gojira), Toho Studios has commissioned a reproduction of a full-scale Godzilla footprint as an attraction at the Ishikari Beach Sand Park 2016 held at Asobichi Ishikari beach in Ishikari City, Hokkaido. The footprint’s exact measurements for the largest Godzilla in existence are 27.9 meters (91.5 feet) in length and 22 meters (77.2 feet) in width.
