While New York Toy Fair is occurring, more and more retailers are opening pre-orders for some of the newly announced items at the event. Toy distributor and online store, Southern Hobby has opened an order page for the first wave of the upcoming Power Rangers Lightning Collection figures. These figures were first announced at last year’s Power Morphicon, but the first waves confirmed sometime later due to early listings on Amazon.
