Joby Harold to Write Obi-Wan Series

Variety has reported that Joby Harold has been hired to write the Disney+ Obi-Wan series. Earlier last year it was reported that Hossein Amini would be the head writer for the series, although he has since left the project. Outside of Amini, it was reported that Ewan McGregor, Kathleen Kennedy, Tracey Seaward, John Swartz and Jason McGatlin were announced as producers on the project. Additionally, production for the project was initially set to start in August 2020, however it is now set to start production in January 2021. No other details are confirmed at this time…

Deborah Chow to Direct Disney+ “Obi-Wan Kenobi” Series

The official Star Wars website has updated with an announcement that Deborah Chow will be directing the upcoming Disney+ exclusive series based on Obi Wan Kenobi. Hossein Amini will be working as the writer on the project.
