Sword Art Online: Alicization Anime Adaptation Announced

Yesterday, it was announced that the next Sword Art Online anime adaptation, Sword Art Online: Alicization, was in production. This announcement came during the “Aki no Saiten” event held by Dengeki Bunko in Tokyo, Japan. In addition, to the reveal the first key visual and teaser was released. Patrick Massett & John Zinman to Produce Live-Action Sword Art Online Series

The Hollywood Reporter has recently reported that Patrick Massett and John Zinman will serve as executive producers/ writers for the Sword Art Online live-action television series. Alongside Massett and Zinman, Laeta Kalogridis will also serve as an executive producer as well as being one of the head writers for the pilot episode of the series.
