For those unaware, the figure is based on the secondary Rider, Kamen Rider Vulcan/ Isamu Fuwa (portrayed by Ryutaro Okada) in Kamen Rider Zero-One. In the series, Isamu Fuwa is an agent of AIMS which works stop attacks from the terrorist organization, MetsubouJinrai.net.
