NECA has recently announced one of their exclusive releases that they will be offering at San Diego Comic Con 2019. The first out of the six releases they will be releasing at SDCC 2019 will be the “The Capture of Splinter” 4 Pack. The set is based on one of the scenes featuring Shredder, the Foot, and Master Splinter in the original 1990 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles live-action film.
