Today, author and Japanese film historian, August Ragone unveiled to the world Tsuburaya Productions’ new project Ultraman Galaxy. The project is Tsuburaya Productions’ official North American website dedicated to the Ultra Series. The site is produced by Starlight Runner Entertainment, a New York-based production company that specializes in expanding entertainment properties and brands into multi-platform campaigns. The company’s various clients include names like Disney, Sony, Sesame Workshop, Hasbro and Mattel. International Based ‘Ultraman’ Reboot in the Works

The Hollywood Reporter has reported that an Ultraman “reboot” is in the works for the international market. The project will be produced by Tsuburaya Productions and US based Starlight Runner Entertainment. Starlight Runner Entertainment will be working with The Licensing Group to release the series “across multiple platforms, with story-driven licensing and merchandising programs for the U.S. and international markets.” The project is stated to be produced as a series that will be released on a streaming platform.
