CW to Produce “Superman & Lois” Series Starring Tyler Hoechlin & Elizabeth Tulloch

Deadline has reported that the CW is producing a new series focusing on Clark Kent/ Superman and Lois Lane. For those who are not aware both characters already appeared in Supergirl portrayed by Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch, respectively. Currently a hour long pilot is being developed by Todd Helbing and Greg Berlanti with the help of Warner Bros. TV. Helbing and Berlanti are both under contract. The pilot, which is written by Helbing, is  tentatively titled, “Superman & Lois.” If the series is picked up it will focus on Clark Kent/ Superman and Lois Lane as they struggle to copes with the modern world.…

Deadline has reported that Tyler Hoechlin and Brandon Routh will both be dawning the Superman costume in the upcoming CW Arrowverse crossover. While it is not surprising to see Hoechlin back as the Man of Steel since he has already made quite a few appearances within the Arrowverse, it is surprising to see Brandon Routh return in costume. Several news outlets have reported that Elizabeth Tulloch has been cast as Lois Lane in the upcoming Arrowverse crossover. As reported earlier, it was revealed that both Superman and Lois Lane would be appearing the crossover. Tyler Hoechlin was confirmed to reprise his role, however at the time the actress who would play Lois Lane was not confirmed at that time. The Hollywood Reporter has reported that Tyler Hoechlin will return to reprise his role as Superman in the upcoming CW Arrowverse crossover. In addition to his return, Lois Lane will be making her debut in the Arrowverse in this crossover. CW Supergirl Cyborg Superman Identity Revealed *Spoilers*

DC Entertainment has recently released a new DC All Access video, which features more details about some of the upcoming events that will take place in both Supergirl and The Flash. Later in the video, the identity of Cyborg Superman was revealed. *Keep in mind this article contains spoilers so read at one’s own discreet.* The video revealed that Cyborg Superman will be none other than the real Hank Henshaw (David Harewood).  He will first appear in tonight’s episode of Supergirl titled, “The Darkest Place,” which will premiere at 8/7c on The CW.
