Recently Hasbro held their annual Media & Investor Day. During the event they revealed new plans for the Transformers franchise for the near future. The first major project they revealed is brand new animated series produced by Boulder Media Studio. The latest series is titled, “Transformers: Cyberverse.” While not much concrete information regarding the series was shown at this time the first chapter is set to premiere in 2018. Transformers Cyberverse will be the next animated series after the end of Transformers: Robots in Disguise, which is stated to conclude at the end of this year. The second chapter is set to premiere in 2019.
Transformers: Cyberverse is stated to delve deeper into the Transformers history with retelling of older stories while introducing new ones. The series will be available both on TV as well as Online. No other details are confirmed at this time so stay tuned for updates.
