SDCC 2018: Young Justice Outsiders First Look Trailer Released

Today at San Diego Comic Con 2018 during the Young Justice Outsiders panel, we got our first look at the third season of the Young Justice series. For those unaware, the series originally aired in 2010 on Cartoon Network and despite critical acclaim and a large fanbase, the series was cancelled after its second season known as Young Justice Invasion. After months of campaigning for a third season, fans were rewarded with the announcement of a third season on November 7, 2016 and later news that it would be premiering on the then unnamed DC Universe service. Today fans are finally treated to our first look at the new season.

The trailer begins with a recap of the events at the end of the second season followed by scenes of the third season. The scenes show returning characters as well as new ones such as Brion Markov/Geo-Force portrayed by Troy Baker. The trailer also has hints of a meta human trafficking plot. Fans of the series have long awaited its return and will be delighted when it debuts on DC Universe in 2019. Let us know in the comments or on social media your thoughts on this trailer and if you’re excited to see the series return!
