[Official Images] S.H.Figuarts Ultraman Geed Primitive (New Generation Edition)

Tamashii Nations’ website has updated with the product details for their December 2020 releases. Among these Winter 2020 releases is the recently teased S.H.Figuarts Ultraman Geed Primitive (New Generation Edition) figure, which is based on the titular character of Ultraman Geed. For those unaware, Ultraman Geed is the 29th entry in the Ultra Series which aired in 2017, as apart of the New Generation Heroes saga. In addition, the series was simulcast by Crunchyroll, but is now available on home video in North America via Mill Creek Entertainment.

Now, the series features Riku Asakura/ Ultraman Geed discovering he is the son of Ultraman Belial, and that he must ultimately defeat his villainous father. However, due to the fact Ultraman Geed is Ultraman Belial’s son, he occasionally has rage issues and is susceptible to mind-corruption thus his red eyes. So, this reissue of the 2018 figure now comes with an all-new head to recreate that evil expression. Yet, this comes at a cost, as the figure will not include Geed’s signature attack, the Wrecking Burst. Nevertheless, below is the official product gallery from Tamashii Nations:

The figure will include:

  • Three Pairs of Optional Hands
  • Optional Red Eyes Head
  • Option Color Timer (Red)

S.H.Figuarts Ultraman Geed Primitive (New Generation Edition) is a retail release that is priced at 3850 yen. As mentioned earlier, this item is a Tamashii Nation December 2020 product, so fans can add this to their holiday wish-list immediately. However, to secure a pre-order, those looking for it should expect retailers to open orders for this item on August 3rd. Yet, for North American fans they can possibly expect Bluefin Brands to open their pre-orders within the days following.
