Let’s rocket with the release of Bandai’s Super Mini-Pla Galaxy Mega and Delta Mega Set! These mecha originate from the 21st installment in the Super Sentai series, Denji Sentai Megaranger. However, western audiences will recognize these items as the Astro Megazord and Delta Megazord from Power Rangers In Space!
Now, these model kits transform between spaceship and robot mode, while being very reminiscent of the original deluxe toys. Yet, the designs are updated to feature multiple points of articulation. In addition, the two can combine to become Super Galaxy Mega/ Astro Delta Megazord. Furthermore, the kits in my review feature a custom paint scheme, as I have added Krylon Aluminium over the base gray plastic.
