Bandai recently unveiled the next King of Braves GaoGaiGar Super Mini-Pla release, which is none other than the titular mecha in its original form, Genesic GaoGaiGar. This version of the mecha can only be seen in the conclusion of the series, the seven part OVA, King of Braves GaoGaiGar FINAL. Genesic GaoGaiGar is the combination of Evoluder Guy and Galeon with ProtectGao, BrokenGao, SpiralGao, StriaghtGao and GadgetGao. These were all designed by Cain, Mamoru’s/ Latio’s father in a last ditch effort to defend their home world, Planet Green.
Now, as for the Super Mini-Pla release, orders for the set first opened on Premium Bandai. However, the set is not an exclusive and is scheduled to be a July retail release with cases being sold for 7,344 yen (roughly $70 to 75 USD); this was confirmed via the Bandai Candy website. Cases will contain the full assortment that consists of four parts: 1 – Genesic Galeon, 2 – GadgetGao, 3 – ProtectGao & BrokenGao, 4 – SpiralGao & StraightGao. In addition, the set will feature optional hands to recreate various attacks, as well as accessories such as the Will Knife and the Bolting Driver with its various bolts. Furthermore, orders for Super Mini-Pla Genesic GaoGaiGar should be opening at various online hobby stores like AmiAmi, Hobby Link Japan, and BigBadToyStore sometime today or within the next few days.
