Deadline has reported that Finn Wittrock has been cast as Guy Gardner in the upcoming Green Lantern series that is being produced for HBO Max. The series will be written by Greg Berlanti, Marc Guggenheim, and Seth Grahame-Smith. The team will also serve as executive producers on the project. CW to Produce “Superman & Lois” Series Starring Tyler Hoechlin & Elizabeth Tulloch

Deadline has reported that the CW is producing a new series focusing on Clark Kent/ Superman and Lois Lane. For those who are not aware both characters already appeared in Supergirl portrayed by Tyler Hoechlin and Elizabeth Tulloch, respectively. Currently a hour long pilot is being developed by Todd Helbing and Greg Berlanti with the help of Warner Bros. TV. Helbing and Berlanti are both under contract. Female-Led Spinoff “Arrow” Spinoff Series in Production

The Hollywood Reporter has reported that a new spinoff series based on several key female characters featured on Arrow is currently in production. The series is set to feature Mia Smoak/Green Arrow (Kathernine McNamara), Laurel Lance (Kattie Cassidy), and Dinah Drake (Juliana Harkavy). The series will first start as a “backdoor pilot” in the final season of Arrow, which will premiere on October 15. Drew Van Acker Joins DC Universe “Titans” as Aqualad

TVInsider has reported that Drew Van Acker will be joining the cast of the DC Universe Titans series as Garth aka Aqualad. For those who are not aware, the original version of Aqualad made his debut appearance in Adventure Comics issue #269, which was released in February 1960. Warner Bros. recently revealed that second season of the DC Universe exclusive “Titans” series will premiere on the service this Fall. The news was revealed during their official panel at Wonder Con 2019.
