Doom Patrol TV Series Announced For DC Universe Streaming Service

DC Entertainment has recently announced that a new Doom Patrol TV series will be joining the lineup for their DC Universe streaming service. The series will be produced by Berlanti Productions with the help of Warner Bros. Television. The first season of the series is currently set to 13 episodes and is said to start production later this year with the series releasing on the service in 2019.  Greg Berlanti, Geoff Johns, Jeremy Carver, and Sarah Schechter will serve as executive producers on the project. Casting News: Odette Annable Cast As Reign for Supergirl

Coming at you with some casting news, we’ve learned that Odette Annable has been cast as Reign for Supergirl season three.  To quote the press release from DC Comics. DC Entertainment has recently revealed the first look of CW’s Black Lightning.  The character will be portrayed by Cress Williams. The series is still currently early in production so premiere details are not confirmed at this time.
