Marvel Entertainment has recently released a new trailer for Black Widow, which features a deeper look at the setting of the film. Some highlights include more scene involving Yelena Belova / Black Widow (Florence Pugh) and Alexei Shostakov / Red Guardian (David Harbour). The trailer also previewed some more fights between Natasha Romanoff / Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and Taskmaster. Black Widow will premiere in theaters on May 1.
Overall I am liking what I am seeing with the film even though at times it does look like a bit of generic action flick. Some of the new scenes involving both Black Widows look cool and I did enjoy some of the battle scenes between Black Widow and Taskmaster. While I don’t exactly hate the design of Taskmaster I do agree he doesn’t really have a lot of flare so I hope to see his characterization balance that out.
