Over the weekend, Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe uploaded a Japan Expo video for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 which features the transformations of the races players can play as. For Saiyan characters they will now obtain Super Saiyan 3, Frieza’s race will achieve the Gold Form, and Majins will receive a Kid form.
Bandai Namco intends to release the game on October 25 in North America, and October 28 in Europe for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The game is set to have multiple releases which will include a collector’s edition, a deluxe edition, and pre-order bonuses. Starting off with the basic Day 1 Pre-Order Bonus, players will receive the ability to play as Black Goku (Dragon Ball Super) and fly around like Master Tao on a Pai Pai Stick. The deluxe edition includes early access to Dragon Ball Super’s Future Trunks and the Season Pass for $89.99. The collector’s edition which is $149.99 includes a foot tall Super Saiyan Goku figure, and a Time Patroller’s Guide.
