Earlier today, Marvel Entertainment revealed the main cast members of the upcoming Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur animated series. For those who are not aware, the series was first announced at D23 Expo in 2019. As announced earlier, executive producers on the project includes: Laurence Fishburne, Helen Sugland’s Cinema Gypsy Production, Marvel Animation & Family Entertainment, and Steve Loter.
The cast announced members include:
- Diamond White: Lunella Lafayette/ Moon Girl
- Alfre Woodard: Mimi – Lunella’s Grandmother
- Libe Barer: Casey – Lunella’s best friend and manager
- Sasheer Zamata: Adria – Lunella’s Mother
- Jermaine Fowler: James Jr. – Lunella’s Father
- Fred Tatasciore: Devil Dinosaur
- Gary Anthony Williams: Pops – Lunella’s Grandfather
- Laurence Fishburne: The Beyonder
Marvel’s Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur will premiere on the Disney Channel in 2022.
