Deadline has reported that Omar Chaparro has jointed the cast of the live-action Detective Pikachu film, however currently his role has not been confirmed at this time.
The confirmed cast include:
- Justice Smith
- Kathryn Newton
- Ken Watanabe: Detective Yoshida
- Ryan Reynolds: Detective Pikachu
- Bill Nighy
- Chris Geere
- Rita Ora
- Omar Chaparro
Detective Pikachu will premiere on May 10, 2019.
