Michael Waldon to Showrun Disney+ “Loki” Series

The Hollywood Reporter has reported that Michael Waldon will be executive producing, writing, and act as the show creator of the upcoming Loki series that will be streamed exclusively on Disney+. As reported earlier, the series will be among the various series based on characters on the Marvel Cinematic Universe that will be streamed on the platform. Tom Hiddelston is set to reprise his role as the titular character. According to the THR, the series will revolve around Loki as he uses his shapeshifting powers throughout history as an “unlikely influencer on historical events.” No other details are confirmed…

The official DC Universe website has updated with an announcement that Jake Austin Walker and Meg DeLacy have join the cast of the upcoming Stargirl series. Walker is most famous for portraying Seth Geary on The Walking Dead while DeLacy is known for portraying Grace Mullen on The Fosters. Currently it is unknown who Walker will be playing on the upcoming Supegirl series, however it is been revealed that DeLacy will be playing Cindy Burman aka Shiv. In the comics Cindy Burman was introduced in Stars and S.T.R.I.P.E. #1, which was released in August, 1999. Deadline has reported that Meagan Tandy, Camrus Johnson & Nicole Kang will be joining the cast of the CW’s Batwoman.  Meagan Tandy will be portraying Sophie Moore, who is a high-level private security agent in Gotham.
