Shout! Factory Announces Kamen Rider Kuuga & Chikyuu Sentai Fiveman on Home Video

Earlier today, the Shout! Factory booth accidentally revealed that the company will be releasing two new tokusatsu home video releases. However, they quickly fixed their mistake, even though it was too late, to officially make the announcement at their panel. Now, Shout! Factory’s first announcement was that they will be physically releasing Kamen Rider Kuuga on Blu-Ray. For those unaware, the company previously made the series available for streaming through their site, Pluto TV, and Tubi in 2020. Surprisingly, Shout! Factory exclaimed that they underestimated the demand for physical media,…

Happy Thursday heroes, we have some news coming out of Stars Wars Celebration where this was announced during the Lucas Film Showcase panel. Instead it is based on the Willow film that came out back in 1988 which was produced by George Lucas and written by Bob Dolman. That said, check out the teaser trailer as this series is set to debut on Disney + November 30, 2022.

Batwoman Canceled After 3 Seasons on The CW

Batwoman Ryan Wilder

We have some sad news, Batwoman has been cancelled after three seasons. Showrunner Caroline Dries shared the news on social media earlier today and I have to say I’m sad. I felt as though Batwoman really came into it’s own once things settled and we had Javicia Leslie as our Batwoman going forward. Season three was the strongest season it had so far so I’m stunned by what happened. I truly thought that this show would’ve gotten a season four whereas DC Legends of Tomorrow would’ve been cancelled instead. Then…

Wonder Twins Live-Action Movie Coming to HBO Max

We have some casting news for the Wonder Twins movie coming to HBO Max. Zan and Jayna will be played by KJ Apa and Isabel May. Honestly, I am a bit mixed about this casting news since the Wonder Twins have always been seen as people of color even thought they are aliens. So, a part of me understands as to why some people are upset at two POC looking characters are now white. At the same time, I am usually of the mind of when a POC is cast…
