One Piece: Episode of Skypiea Special to Simulcast on AnimeLab, Crunchyroll, & Funimation

The official Toei Animation facebook page has updated with the announcement that One Piece: Episode of Skypiea will simulcast on Funimation, Crunchyroll, and Animelab on August 25.The episode will be will available to viewers located in North America, Latin America, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. For those who are not aware, the episode is anime special that retells the Skypiea arc of the anime. The arc also was the second and last part of the Sky Island Saga in both the anime and manga. The arc covered episodes 153-195 of the anime series, which span for a total of 43 episodes.…

New Yu-Gi-Oh! Vrains Ending Theme Revealed

It has recently been announced that the Yu-Gi-Oh! Vrains anime series will be receiving a new ending theme in the near future.  The song titled. “Writing Life,” will be performed by the rock band, Goodbye holiday.  The song will be available in the band’s upcoming mini album that will be released in Japan on January 24, 2018.   The song is written by Goodbye holiday’s bassist’s Takumi Fukuyama who states that the franchise was a big influence in his early live and that he wrote the song as a tribute to “his younger self.”  Source: ANN, Music Natalie

Crunchyroll Simulcasts Ultraman Geed

Earlier today, Tsuburaya Productions confirmed that Ultraman Geed would be coming soon to Crunchyroll. This reveal came via the trailer for Episode 1 on their YouTube Channel, which was released last week. However, one will only notice this by reading the updated video description. Yet, Crunchyroll did not immediately follow up with confirmation of a simulcast for the series, until hours later. The simulcast will begin tonight at 9:30 pm EST (6:30 PST), with new episodes releasing at the same time every Friday. Yu-Gi-Oh! Vrains Now Available on Crunchyroll

Just a few minutes ago, Crunchyroll has announced that Yu-Gi-Oh! Vrains is now available on the service!  The first four episodes of the series is now available for streaming.  Episodes 1-3 are available for all members, while episode 4 is currently only available for premium members.
