Tatsunoko’s Infini-T Force Receives Stage Play Adaptation

Japanese fans will soon be able to see a live-action stage play adaptation of Tatsunoko’s Infinit-T Force anime series. The play will debut on August 29 and will run until September 2 at the IMA Hall in Tokyo. Tahekiro Yoshida (LIPS*S) and ILLIMINUS will be working as the director and script writer respectively.

The stage play adaption will feature a a combination of “3D digital videos, dance, acrobatics, and illusions.”

For those who are unaware, Infinti-T Force is an CG anime series that features the appearance of several Tatsunoko heroes, which include: Tekkaman, Casshan (Casshern); Gatchaman, and Hurricane Polymar. The series debuted in Japan last October ran for 12 episodes.  A film based on the franchise titled, “Infinit-T Force the Movie: Farewell Gatchman My Friend (Gekijōban Infini-T Force: Gatchaman Saraba Tomo yo),” premiered in Japanese theaters on February 24.

Viz Media licensed the series and film internationally earlier last year.
