First Look at Ghost Rider in Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Yahoo TV has recently revealed the first clear look of Robbie Reyes (Gabriel Luna) aka the Ghost Rider in Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.   Those who aren’t familiar with the character, Robbie Reyes is the modern version of Ghost Rider and unlike the previous Ghost Riders he rides a 1969 Dodge Charger instead of a motorcycle.

Jeff Bell, executive producer of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., made this statement about bringing Ghost Rider on the show.

Ghost Rider “opens up a whole different kind of storytelling for us,” says S.H.I.E.L.D.executive producer Jeff Bell. Not only is it the most well-known Marvel character they’ve ever had on the show, but it’s someone whose “origins present themselves as supernatural.” That’s not just a leap for the show, which exists mostly in a world of “spies and agents”; it’s a leap for the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe. Before we see Doctor Strange on the big screen in November, Ghost Rider will be laying out the rules for mysticism in the MCU.

The TV promo for the episode was also uploaded to Youtube.

The next season of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. will premiere on September 20 at 10 P.M. on ABC.
