Within a day before the release of the third theme song on CD for the Godzilla anime trilogy, the official website uploaded three anime version music videos. Each video based on the individual chapters in the Godzilla anime trilogy and their accompanying theme song. The first song, “WHITE OUT” focuses on Planet of the Monsters, while “THE SKY FALLS” is on the sequel, City on the Edge of Battle. Whereas, the final song and newest one, “live and die” is only the short version to hype up the CD’s release and upcoming film, The Planet Eater.
All songs are performed by XAI, the winner of the “Artist” category in the 8th Toho Cinderella Audition from November 2016. XAI made her professional singing debut with her first single, “WHITE OUT” from Toho in November 2017.
These new music videos are edited by Atsuki Sato, who previously worked on Shin Godzilla as a VFX Supervisor. Sato was also joined by Kaori Umewaki, who belongs to his company, TMA1.

Godzilla: The Planet Eater is set to premiere in Japanese theaters this Friday, November 9 and will be made available for streaming on Netflix worldwide at a later date.
