Sony recently held their official State of Play presentation where they revealed some details for some of their upcoming releases. During the presentation they revealed a new story trailer for the MediEvil remake. For those who are not aware the game is a HD remake of the original MediEvil video game that was released for the Playstation in 1998. The latest trailer features a deeper look at the story of the game as well as showcasing some of the combat. The MediEvil remake will be released exclusively for the Playstation 4 on October 25.
Overall I personally wasn’t the biggest fan of the original MediEvil video games. While I liked the setting and the design of Sir Daniel Fortesque, I felt the movement of the character was a bit too clunky for my tastes. Because of this game was a bit frustrating for the little amount of playing the game. Hopefully the remake will fix a lot of the issues I had with the original version of the game since I am actually quite interested in giving it another go.
