“My Adventures With Superman” Animated Series Announced

Alongside the announcement of a new Batman series, Variety has reported that Warner Bros. will also be producing a new Superman animated series titled, “My Adventures With Superman.” Jack Quaid and Alice Lee will be voicing Clark Kent/ Superman and Lois Lane, respectively. Two seasons of the series are already in production and will release on both HBO Max and Cartoon Network. The series will focus on the main duo in their early twenties along with their best friend, Jimmy Olsen, as they work together as an “investigative news team.”

Variety provided a short description for the series.

The serialized, coming-of-age story sees Superman build up his secret identity and embrace his role as the hero of Metropolis (and, perhaps the world), while Lois, now a star journalist, takes aspiring photographer Jimmy under her wing. All the while, Clark and Lois are falling in love, sharing adventures and taking down bad guys.

The series will be produced by Warner Bros. Animation. Sam Register, Jake Wyatt, and Brendan Clogher will be working as executive producers on the project with Josie Campbell co-producing.

No other details are confirmed at this time so stay tuned for updates.
