Netflix recently released the first trailer for the second Masters of the Universe animated series that will stream on the service. The series is simply titled, “He-Man and the Masters of the Universe,” and is a brand new reboot series targeted for a younger demographic. For those who are not aware, the series was one of the two series based on the He-Man franchise alongside “Masters of the Universe: Revelations,” that was announced to stream on the platform. “He-Man and the Masters of the Universe” will premiere on Netflix on September 16.
Netflix provided a short description for the series.
He-Man and his powerful friends learn what it means to be a hero while battling the evil forces of Skeletor and his minions.
Looking at the trailer I can already see a lot of things I like about the series. It is a bit strange to see the main cast seem to be all kids this time around, but I think it will work for this particular series. The villains look really crazy and the heroes also have their own charm. Overall I am looking forward for this series.
