Nintendo has updated their official Youtube channel with a new trailer for Bravely Default II that was first streamed during the recent Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase. The latest trailer features a look at the Asterisk Bearers. For those who are not aware, the Asterisks are crystals that hold the power in order to change the various characters’ classes. Usually they are received after beating certain bosses in the games. Additionally, the trailer revealed the new release date for the game as it was previously delayed. The game will now be released on February 26, 2021.
The first title simply titled, Bravely Default was released for the Nintendo 3DS in 2012. The game later received a direct sequel titled, “Bravely Second: End Layer,” which was released for the Nintendo 3DS in 2015 and worldwide in 2017.
