Persona 5 Scramble Teaser Trailer Streamed

Atlus has recently released the first teaser trailer for Persona 5 Scramble. While it was highly speculated that the game will be a port of Persona 5 or Persona 5: The Royal on the Nintendo Switch, it seems that it will not be the case. Atlus’ new project titled, Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers looks to be a “musou” style game. The project is a joint collaboration of Atlus and Koei Tecmo’s Omega Force. According to Atlus the game is said to be an “action RPG.” Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers will be released for the Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch, however no exact release details are confirmed at this time so stay tuned for updates.

At this moment in time it is hard to say what I think about this game. I do understand that many fans seem to be a bit disappointed to see that the game is not exactly a port of the main Persona 5 title, however I personally think it does look a bit interesting so far. While I am not a huge diehard fan of “musou” style games if it turns out to be one then I might actually get this game since I enjoy them enough.
