We have some sad news, Batwoman has been cancelled after three seasons. Showrunner Caroline Dries shared the news on social media earlier today and I have to say I’m sad. Ruby Rose to Leave CW’s ‘Batwoman’

In a surprising turn of events Deadline has reported that Ruby Rose will not be returning to CW’s Batwoman for its’ second season. What makes this news extra bizarre is that Ruby Rose was portraying the lead role for the series, so it is going to quite the story to see what will happen for the series’ second season. The CW has recently released a teaser trailer for the upcoming Batwoman series. For those who are not aware, Ruby Rose first portrayed Kate Kane aka Batwoman in the Elseworlds crossover. Earlier this January it was reported that the series received a pilot order. The trailer features a look at Batwoman, who seems to have an updated costume. Meagan Tandy, Camrus Johnson & Nicole Kang Join CW “Batwoman” Cast

Deadline has reported that Meagan Tandy, Camrus Johnson & Nicole Kang will be joining the cast of the CW’s Batwoman.  Meagan Tandy will be portraying Sophie Moore, who is a high-level private security agent in Gotham. In the comics Sophie Moore is a relatively a new character as she was introduced in Detective Comics #859, which was released in January, 2010. The character was created by Greg Rucka and J.H.
