Hello everyone reading this article, I am finally back with new written content for here on Hero-Club. Now, last weekend was very eventful, as I attended Power Morphicon in Pasadena, California. The convention spanned from Friday, August 26 to Sunday, August 28, but there was also ‘Zero Day’ pre-registration on Thursday. Also, with the site being granted press access at the event, I served as one of Hero-Club’s representatives. As a result, I had to juggle doing press coverage, and trying to have as much fun as possible. Going…

Review: Super Mini-Pla Chōjin Sentai Jetman Jet Garuda
Today’s review will have Super Sentai fans taking to the sky again as I, Wheelchair21, look at Super Mini-Pla Jet Garuda from Chōjin Sentai Jetman! For those unaware, Jetman is the 15 entry in the Super Sentai series preceding Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger which was adapted in Power Rangers. Chōjin Sentai Jetman is loosely inspired and a tribute to Gatchaman with the team’s theme based on birds and jets. Now, this Super Mini-Pla release easily replicates the team’s secondary mecha, that they received from the Back Dimension Dimensian Soldiers. Jet Garuda…

Welcome to another all-new episode of Hero Club’s Podcast, “Los Ingobernables de Tokusatsu!” Today’s episode should be considered a continuation of the last discussion held during last week’s episode. For those joining us now, we concluded the show talking about Tamashii Nations finally releasing S.H.Figuarts Kamen Rider Kiva, and their unreleased products. Yet, in the time between recording and airing that episode, Tamashii Nations also hosted their Fall event; which made us further question Tamashii Nations’ methods of marketing their products. This lead to us looking back at the brand,…

Shout Factory! has updated with an official pre-order page for Chōjin Sentai Jetman: The Complete Series. For those who are unaware, Chōjin Sentai Jetman is the 15th season of Super Sentai. This series is also the season of Super Sentai that preceded Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger, which was adapted into Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. Chōjin Sentai Jetman was inspired by Kagaku Ninjatai Gatchaman, which was created by Taksunoko Productions though international fans should recognize the series as Science Ninja Team Gatchaman. The series premiered on February 15, 1991 and ran until February 14, 1992 running for 51 episodes. Chōjin Sentai Jetman takes place on the Earth Ship set in 1991.…

Welcome to an all-new episode of “Los Ingobernables de Tokusatsu!” Today, we open on the news for the Kamen Rider W manga, and the Gridman anime. In addition, our discussion topic is on ideal Metal Hero team-ups/crossovers with either Super Sentai or Kamen Rider. The cool thing about this episode is that Mucha, and Wheelz lightly double-up the Metal Heroes in their choices. Furthermore, this episode is one of the few episodes to run under an hour! Episode 18 is also a prologue for next week’s episode where we will…
