Netflix has updated their official Youtube channel with a trailer for Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous. For those who are not aware, the series will take place in the timeline of the first Jurassic World film and will be produced by DreamWorks Animation. The series was first announced in 2019 and was set for a 2020 launch release date. Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous Netflix Animated Series Announced

Variety has reported that Netflix will be producing an animated series based on the Jurassic World franchise. The series will be titled, “Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous,” and is set to premiere on platform in 2020. Scott Kreamer and Lane Lueras will work as the showrunners/ executive producers on the project. Steven Spielberg, Frank Marshall, and Colin Trevorrow will serve as the executive producers. Zack Stentz is set to work as the project’s consulting producer.
