Shout Factory Licenses Kamen Rider Ryuki & Zero-One in North America

During the “Rider Week Kick Off Panel” presented by Team Kamen Rider, it was announced that two new Kamen Rider series will be joining the Tokushoutsu line-up later this year.   Shout Factory’s tokusatsu-based streaming platform launched last year with Kamen Rider (1971) as its first release. Then a few months later the platformed added Kamen Rider Kuuga (2000) to its library. Whereas, Kamen Rider Heisei Generations Forever (2018) was the first movie presented on the platform. Kamen Rider Zi-O: Rider Time Ryuki Spin-Off Announced

Toei has announced that Kamen Rider Zi-O will be receiving two rider web spin-offs. The first spin-off titled, “Rider Time Shinobi,” will focus on Kamen Rider Shinobi (Rentaro Kagura) with Hideya Tawada will be reprising his role as character. The special will be directed by Takayuki Shibasaki and written by Kaori Kaneko. The special will premiere on the Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club (TTFC) service in late March.  The second spin-off will focus on Kamen Rider Ryuki. For those who are not aware, Kamen Rider Ryuki is the twelfth installment in the Kamen Rider series and was the third series set in the Heisei era. Premium Bandai has recently opened an official page for the Kamen Rider DX Neo Decadriver. For those who are not aware, the device an updated version of the Decadriver that will be used by Tsukasa in Kamen Rider Zi-O. Keep in mind this release is a “DX” release so the device will not include the adult sized belt piece.
